The Most Outstanding Be The Change Project: STEM Garden Initiative is 1st out of 122 Projects

Stem Garden Initiative by Mary Ameh and Bunmi Aworinde combines sustainable agriculture, STEM, and climate education. By planting 100 trees, 150 flowers, and establishing vegetable gardens in 11 public schools, they have created eco-friendly learning environments with training manuals for teachers and students.

This initiative has boosted food security by distributing home garden seeds and launching the STEM Climate Club to promote environmental awareness and STEM skills. They embarked on educational trips to Soilless Farm Lab and participated in the Global Climate Championship League.

We celebrate their outstanding impact
