Three programs

Food, skills and income

Every program starts with a garden and ends with people who can keep it going without us.

We work with pupils, teachers, parents, women's groups and young people. Schools and organizations can also bring us in to design and set up smart gardens and greenhouses of their own.

01 Schools and communities

Sustainable Gardens and Greenhouses

This is where most of our work begins. Through Project 10:10:10 we visit 10 schools every quarter and help pupils set up gardens that feed them and teach them.

School and community gardens

Beds, sack gardens and nurseries built with pupils, parents and teachers.

Tree planting and the Climate Club

Learners have planted over 2,000 trees and turned 700kg of plastic waste into learning materials and jute bags.

Greenhouse farming

Protected growing for seedlings and crops, so schools can plant through more of the year.

Smart garden and greenhouse consultancy

Design and setup of greenhouses, drip irrigation and composting for schools, individuals and organizations.

02 Women and youth empowerment

Poverty Graduation and Entrepreneurship

Food on the table comes first. We help women and young people grow enough to eat and to sell through integrated farming, then show them how to run it as a business.

Backyard gardens

More than 100 women now grow vegetables at home for their families.

Integrated farming

Beyond the backyard: greenhouse farming, livestock production and value addition.

Entrepreneurship training

Agro-business and money skills, so a harvest becomes a steady income.

Work close to home

Jobs and income for community members, especially women and youth.

03 Teachers and students

Career Readiness and Professional Development

Teachers are how the model lasts. We train them to teach climate education and to bring STEM into gardening, and we run career sessions for young people.

Teacher training in Ogun State

With the Ogun State Education Secretary, we trained 56 teachers across Abeokuta South.

Kids Who Farm partnership

With Kids Who Farm in the Philippines, 100 teachers learned Foodloop, Gardenator and composting techniques.

STEM curriculum design

Garden activities written to fit the lessons schools already teach.

Career readiness sessions

Talks and workshops that show students the jobs in farming, science and climate work.

Consultancy

Setting up a smart garden or greenhouse

We pair you with experts who guide you through three stages.

01

Gardens and greenhouses

We look at your site, sunlight and water, then plan and build the garden or greenhouse with your team.

02

Drip irrigation and compost

We fit drip lines that save water and set up composting so the soil keeps feeding itself.

03

STEM in the curriculum

We write activities that turn the space into a classroom, so it gets used every week.
